The Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) informs all eligible graduands that clearance for the 19th Graduation Ceremony is officially open.
The ceremony will be held on 27th November 2026. Graduands who have fulfilled the requirements for their respective Certificate and Diploma awards are encouraged to complete the clearance process within the stipulated period.

After payment, present your bank slip to the Bursar’s Office for an official receipt, then submit the receipt to the Academic Registrar’s Office in person or via email.
