- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes including English & Mathematics
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least one principal pass in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or ICT-related subject
- Or a Certificate in ICT, Statistics, Business, or related field from a recognized institution
