The Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) is pleased to inform you that orientation and registration activities for newly admitted certificate applicants will commence on Monday, 23rd March 2026.

All successful applicants are required to attend a mandatory orientation session scheduled for the morning of the same day. The purpose of this session is to familiarize you with the Institute, academic procedures, registration processes, and the student support services available to you.

Please be informed that admission letters will be available for collection effective 19th March 2026 from the Institute.

Kindly note that collection of an admission letter and attendance at orientation do not by themselves constitute full registration. All applicants must complete the required registration and clearance procedures, including submission and verification of the necessary documents and fulfilment of any other admission requirements communicated by the Institute.

You are therefore advised to make the necessary arrangements to report on time, collect your admission letter, and present all required documents for registration and clearance.
