
Dr. Fredrick E. Kitoogo, PhD, PMP, CGEIT, ITIL, ISO 20000
Dr. Fredrick E. Kitoogo is the Principal of UICT. He is an accomplished ICT Governance and project management professional, with more than 20 years of experience in IT Governance, project management, strategy and policy development and execution in the Government. He has participated effectively in a number of consulting, research and training in ICT, IT Governance, IT Service Management and project management.
Dr. Fredrick joined UICT from National IT Authority Uganda
(NITA-U) where he was the Director of Planning, Research and Development. He
also undertakes key consulting services in areas of Strategy & Policy
development, IT Governance, Project Management, PMO Implementation, Project
Audit, Assessment, IT Service Assessment and Management, Training, Analytics,
and Standards development and Conformity Assessment.
He holds a PhD. Degree from the Makerere University Uganda,
a MSc. in Computer Science from National University of Science and Technology
in Zimbabwe, a Bachelors of Statistics from Makerere University Uganda, a PMP®
certification from PMI®, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT from
ISACA, and is a Certified IT Service Management Lead Auditor based on ISO 20000
offered by the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB),
He is a proficient speaker in the areas of ICT, Strategy,
Policy, IT Governance & Service Management and project management. He has written
several papers and delivered a number of Technical Presentations in ICT,
Project Management and Business Conferences locally, regionally and
internationally.
