PRINCIPAL
Ms. Irene Nakiyimba
is the Principal of the Institute. As Principal she is the Institute's CEO.

 

DEPUTY PRINCIPAL
Dr Fabiano Okware is the Acting Deputy Principal.
He holds a PhD in Commerce, Specializing in Business Management of Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University –South Africa, MBA (Mgt) of Ndejje University, MMS (Mgt) of Uganda Management Institute, Pgt. Diploma (Mgt) of Uganda Management Institute, BBA (Mgt) of Ndejje University, Diploma in Project Planning and Management (PPM) of Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) and Certificate in Management (CIM) of Uganda Management Institute. He has 10 years of experience in teaching both at University and Other Tertiary Institutions. Prior to the current appointment, he has been an Ag Coordinator, Business Development, Research and Consultancy Centre, a commercial arm of the Institute.

Before joining the Institute in 2005, Dr Okware had been working in the private sector for 12 years at both operational and top management levels. He has a wealth and vast experience in transforming the public organizations to operate like private businesses based on results-oriented management. He is a member of Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda (ICGU) number 609/2013 and Project Management Institute (PMI), ID  Number 4104730.

 

INSTITUTE SECRETARY
Mr.Micheal Bwengye is the Institute Secretary.

 

ACADEMIC REGISTRAR
Mrs. Rosemary Odongo is the Academic Registrar. She holds a Med Degree of Nkumba University (2004), as well as a Post Graduate Diploma (1991), and B.A degree from Makerere University (1986). She has vast experience in classroom teaching as well as education management at both secondary and tertiary levels.

She is a registered graduate trained teacher. She joined the Institute in April 2005 from Gulu University where she had been working as Assistant Academic Registrar. Prior to that, she had worked as Deputy Head teacher at St. Katherine Girls Secondary School, a Director of Studies at Mary Reparatrix Training Center, and a Lecturer at Nkumba College of Commerce.

Mr. Justine Ocitti
is the HOD-ICT

 

HEAD OF DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT
Mr. Watsosi Paul
is the HOD Management. He holds an M.A.

 

BURSAR
Mr. Ochom Joseph, CPA is the Institute Bursar. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Uganda ICPA (U). He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from Makerere University.
